Description
The WA-Link-2 is a new generation of digital communication system that establishes a secure data link between an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and its ground control station (GCS).
The WA-Link-2 system provides these key features:
- Network redundancy: Maintains uninterrupted UAV-GCS connectivity via multiple SIM cards.
- Telemetry transmission: Receives flight data from the UAV’s flight controller (FC) and transmits it to the GCS.
- Control signal handling: Receives control commands from the GCS and relays them to the UAV’s FC.
- Live video streaming: Captures and transmits video feed from the built-in digital camera to the GCS.
- Network pass-through: Routes data between UAV’s network components and GCS through an Ethernet port.
Supported frequency bands:
- LTE-FDD B1 1920-1980 MHz (UL) / 2110-2170 MHz (DL);
- LTE-FDD B3 1710-1785 MHz (UL) / 1805-1880 MHz (DL);
